NO KINGS MOTOR MARCH
America is Fueled by Freedom, Not Tyranny
The No Kings Motor March is part of the No Kings Nationwide Day of Defiance , sponsored by Indivisible, 50501, and over 80 partners against the rise of authoritarianism and threats to American democracy.
But June 14 isn’t just any day. It is the day that Donald Trump intends to throw a miliary parade in honor of his own birthday–a tactic straight out of the dictator’s playbook. As the Trump regime attacks crucial services like Medicaid, Social Security, and Veteran’s services, Trump has chosen to waste tens of millions of taxpayer dollars on a self-adulating event that puts him in the company of authoritarian leaders like Kim Jong Un, Adolf Hitler, and Saddam Hussein.
In response, we’re organizing a convoy of vehicles in our own “People’s Parade” to send a clear message: We reject would-be dictators, we reject Donald Trump’s attacks on our democratic institutions, and we stand for the freedom and democracy that define our nation.
